daricusGTA
Broughy1322's laptime with the Tyrus: 59.357 seconds. With the FMJ: 1:02.528 He's generally where I go for general all around performance. His track, a modified version of Cutting Cornoners, is fairly representative with a balance of turns and straightaways to try and take advantage of all aspects of a vehicle. Personally, I find myself driving the FMJ more in freemode, because I enjoy it a bit more, in a hard to articulate way. The engine sound and general handling feels a bit less "extreme" on the FMJ, but I own and love both. (Though ETR-1 remains my favorite in the super class) With all the upcoming storage available to you, why not hold onto them both and just hit some missions or heists to get your money? You may miss the one you sell in time. Your call though! DEADLY-BREED and Non Funkable Token
High King
If you have an RE-7B, keep it for racing and sell the Tyrus. The FMJ looks great and handles well. The Tyrus might be faster, but it's not the best car.
DarkRayquaza99
Well.. Those are both my favorite supers. But the Tyrus is a few miliseconds quicker.

daricusGTA
My estimate on the cost of the CEO office garage expansion? I'm honestly not sure. I've heard as a guess from a sh*tty youtuber that since it's 3 floors with 20 cars per floor the cost is potentially 1 million per floor, which would be on par with what I feel is appropriate cost. But honestly, if you're selling cars to afford storage for cars, may I offer some advice? Take a breath. I am hype as f*ck about the update too. But you don't need to buy everything day one. Noone will give you a cookie for it, and you do yourself more harm than good if you're selling off a car you like for space to put more cars in, when you'd buy the same space regardless some time afterwards. The only reason I seriously consider selling a vehicle is for space reasons, and since you only get half your "investment" back, it's a net loss. Take a comfy seat aboard the hype train, the 13th is still a ways off, lots of time to make some $$$. Kaiju Blue
Broughy1322's laptime with the Tyrus: 59.357 seconds. With the FMJ: 1:02.528 Actually, since the Biker update fixed a glitch that affected all three racecars (Tyrus, FMJ, and RE-7B), the Tyrus is now considerably slower around that track. The new laptime it gets (seen in Broughy's latest video) is 1:02.295, so the difference in performance is not that big anymore. I'm not saying his testing is the be-all and end-all in regards to whether you should buy/keep a car or not, and I personally haven't noticed any MAYOR downgrades with the Tyrus after the update, but if it is important to you, keep in mind that it's not AS good as it was at first. Oh and to answer the question I'd definitely sell the FMJ. DarkSavageDeathlyCloud, MechanicMammal, The Crooked Panda and 1 other

DarkSavageDeathlyCloud
Selling a vehicle because you need money is the most stupid thing you can do. The content is not going anywhere so why the hurry ? If you really need to sell something i would tell you to sell the tyrus though...but again i just can not grasp the logic at doing that Broughy1322's laptime with the Tyrus: 59.357 seconds. Broughy retested all the cunning stunts vehicles yesterday and the lap time is a lot slower after the spoiler patch cant remember exactly how much slower but I do not think it was top 3 and slower than things like the T20. The RE7B is still the fastest super but not by the amount it was it gets a 1.00.something the ETR is still in top 3. This is from memory so I will link broughy's new video when I get home and have a little time. I think I would keep the FMJ if I was to choose one because as good as Broughy's test's are they do not take in account other track types and the FMJ is competitive on a few of them, but I would do some Pacific runs and be rich enough to have both personally specially with the extra car storage possibly coming soon. edit, Just noticed that I repeated what Kaiju Blue said and he has linked the vid I was going to so that saves me a job Edited December 7, 2016 by MechanicMammal
francool08
I sold, in the past, The T-20, Osiris, Coquette classic, Rosevelt, Zentorno, Chettah, Sultan RS , Z-Type and a benny's car Just to but the RE-7B and other stunt stuff. What a stupid choice, I bought them all back just by playing a lot since then. Especially if you want the storage. Why bother having a 60 car garage (millions for sure) if you have... less than 60 cars? Empirical evidence from myself and other sources point at this inevitable conclusion. Don't sell, you'll regret it. Jenkiiii, AllNighter1 and Hellbendzor
aaronBLUEeyes
None of the Supers are sub 1min anymore ever since R* patched the spoiler bug with the CS cars. But if you're going for performance, sell FMJ for the Tyrus is faster. Edited December 8, 2016 by aaronBLUEeyes DarkSavageDeathlyCloud

Skycam
Personally I never sell for money. It's such a waste of time and money. Just keep on saving and eventually you will have enough for what you want and you will have a super still. I don't recommend selling for money reasons ever, you will never get anywhere that way. dimitrispgr
If you race sell Tyrus. If not sell what you like least. I hate FMJ looks but its king in many tracks. M.K.N.
Keep them both. With the Import/Export update, the last thing you want to do is sell cars that you cherish the most. I know I would. Jenkiiii

Hellbendzor
In the past I sold quite a few cars for storage reasons... Although some were barely driven, I always ended up hating myself for getting rid of cars... Eventually I ended up buying all cars back... You lose alot of money, then you have to spent alot of money again to tune them up at LSC... So you lose double... These days I don't sell stuff I bought and upgraded... I just keep it... And with an additional 60 cars garage.. No need to sell for space again.. Sell for money? Nop, you lose too much... I own both too btw... I never drive my tyrus, but I like to see it in my garage next to the other supers... Its presence is enough for me.. The FMJ is one nice car in freeroam... One of my favs...It looks like a million bucks.. :-) Jenkiiii and BigBrother67

the nameless
Neither will win too many races now, the tyrus is probably harder to handle, it's a bit tail happy, depending on your view of these things that could make it more fun to drive. If you're not particularly attached to either, sell the one that brings in most money (I'm guessing that would be the tyrus - not sure what mods the fmj has). coelacanth72
Id wait for the update to sell anything. The new cars might not be worth it, and if they tweek the physics yet again either the tyrus or fmj might end up faster than they are now. For instance, I feel like the 811 got a LOT faster with bikers. Could be my imagination, but you're better off having a look at the update before you sell anything. AllNighter1
I'd keep both. I own a Tyrus on both characters and I've raced it a lot. It's a solidly competitive car, plus it's based on the McLaren F1, one of the greatest cars ever manufactured. I don't have an FMJ, however I drove my friend's FMJ briefly and I enjoyed it. With this new update you bet I'll be scooping up the FMJ. Don't sell either car, just play the game. Keep your ammo costs down, grind Pac Standard with friends and you won't have anymore short money problems. Jenkiiii
