Socialclub problem

hello guys,

Iam playing gtao on ps4 and have a problem with the verification of my socialclub account.

If i go to socialclub i get a notification that my "account making progress" und is at 40%.

If i go to settings and try to change my email adress i get a message that i need to verify my email adress. That is impossible for me to do because it was a email account made in 2010(ps3)that i don't use, doesn't exist anymore and on top i can't remember the password.

The progress i make playing gtao shows up at the socialclub site.

I sent a support ticket but no answer there.

I would really like to enjoy the benefits of socialclub and hope that some of u guys are able to help me.

Is this your first time loading it up on your PS4, trying to transfer over from PS3?

No i playing it about a year on ps4.

Ok do you think that this works without loosing progress? Is there an option in my console to unlink it or do i have to make it on the socialclub site?

You should not lose any in-game progress. I dont even think you have to unlink. You can make a new social club and link it and the old one will automatically unlink itself.

You may lose your social club friends but you can always add them again. And you may also have to rejoin any crews you are in under the new social club account.

Ok guys that worked. Just made a new account linked it and everything worked. Thanks you very much
