In the next gta online, would it be possible to transfer your old character over from gta 5 online? Your probably saying "no", or "how would that even work?", well I've got a potential way. What if your gta 5 online character was kidnapped or taken hostage by some gang or something and taken to the new gta location. This could make sense to me as instead of xp to level up, you have respect points, so people would know who you are and have it out for you, so they take you away, you break free, and then you could start from level one as you're in a new place and nobody here knows you, you got to work up the ladder again. As far as characters look and customization goes then I don't see it difficult to transfer either. Since the character creation process will be the same, with much more improvements added in future.
