Jerky land vehicles

Hey guys it's my first post here, hopefully in a right place

 

I'm a huge fan of bouncy GTA IV handling on cars and I have a proper handling mod for that, however there is one little thing that's really annoying and this thread is about it.

You probably noticed it too, whenever you drive over the sidewalk or a small rock the car seems to "snap" to the new height for a milisecond. This wasn't the case in any of the previous GTA's but here it's

really annoying for me and I wonder - does anyone know of a possible solution to turn it off and let the vehicles always smoothly adjust the suspension to different terrain heights?

I'm pretty sure it's not the case of the handling file.
