(Downloads And Pictures Below) - If you have trouble, or any bugs to report, message me on GTAF and I will be glad to help. - *EDIT* Fixed download from 150MB to 24MB. Important Notes; (INSTRUCTIONS INSIDE DOWNLOAD) - You must have a completely new clean install of GTA IV folder installed before installing this. - This has only been tested on 1.0.7.0/1.0.8.0 on Windows 7, 64 bit. I can confirm this ENB works with 1.0.8.0 on Windows 10. Game looks and runs great on max settings on my i7 6700k/GTX 1070. I did get quite a few frame drops in certain areas with night shadows enabled, more so than with vanilla 1.0.8.0. With night shadows disabled and vsync enabled, the game runs at a steady 60fps (1080p). Also, didn't get the red sky glitch at all! One thing I did notice though is some of the more obscure cut scenes (e.g., the shows at Perestroika) are still really bright. The few mission cut scenes I watched were good though (a little bright, but not too bright). Also, it's worth mentioning that I was prompted to activate the product the first time I launched after installing the mod (Steam version). Fortunately, I had my serial key handy.
