R.I.P. Duffel Bag: Officially Blacklisted

Yet again... can anyone on ANY platform confirm this? Or is it still isolated to one dude and his two friends that were all in the same session? Because I still have my two duffel bag outfits (plus my dunce hat and police uniform outfits - XB1 FWIW), and this sure seems like a bunch of pointless freaking out to me. There's a thread like this at least once a week and it seems like we never learn to get verification before losing our minds.
