R.I.P. Duffel Bag: Officially Blacklisted

its not like the duffel bag is hard to get lol just leave a heist or save it during one of the biker sell missions.

 

Doesn't stick.

It's literally blacklisted so that it will not appear, much like mask + helmet combinations.

 

Just had a sell mission with duffel bag(s).

That's how we figured out they blacklisted it.

 

 

Idk but I was still able to get the mask + hat glitched earlier today (but I removed them and didn't save it because I did it for the "hood up without mask" glitch and saved that one instead) so nvm

Are there really no more important things for them to do than this? Seems like they're being given a really big f*cking hint at a few things, but instead they're just taking people's duffel bags - because those obviously ruin the game for everyone don't though?

I once got the duffel bag by mistake. Have no clue what I did, it suddenly appeared, I had it for a few day then it was gone. Good days.

Never tried to glitch anything myself but I guess other people who I did heists with did...so when I noticed I still had them in Freemode, I just saved the duffel bag and cop outfits right away...still got 'em.

Still don't know why C* doesn't just let us buy ALL the clothing outfits though...... what dumbass is going to honestly confuse a player for a cop?

In all honesty, I'm really not surprised by this point. If Rockstar had a choice between an outfit glitch and a bug that wipes your garage clean, they'd probably fix the outfit first.

By the looks of things this seems like an isolated incident.

Not sure if it was the lobby specifically, or something crazy happened, but everyone here just has to trust my word that my two duffel bag outfits + two friends with three other outfits have lost theirs.

The outfits are there.

The clothing is unchanged.

The bags are the only thing gone.

 

This is on PC.

We didn't do anything weird beforehand. There was a modder in the lobby before this happened, though that probably has little relation to the incident.

And, er... I can't exactly change the title on here either.

Besides, the term "fun not allowed" just points out how Rockstar's programmers don't care about patching actual game breaking bugs and would rather hunt small innocent bugs/glitches that harms no one or the game, it's all just to fill their quotas instead of focusing on improving the overall quality of the game.

The only thing that breaks this game is Rockstar.

 

I love leather jackets in real life. And fortunately for me, they have quite a collection in the game, so that's what I wear 90% of the time. If Rockstar was to take away a special outfit of mine with a 'special leather jacket', I'd be quite pissed. Of all the things and major problems that plague this game since day one, the fact that someone out there is still tasked to ''fix'' these ''issues'' is mind boggling. We're talking about a billion dollar gaming studio that once built an entire game engine just for themselves, and now, they're like: ''No no ! No duffle bags for you! No cop car for you! SP ? What's that ?''

 

Seriously, it's just a little pathetic to see them focused on such ridiculous things. It's as if someone kept cleaning a doorknob with windex while the whole house was covered in f*cking sh*t. You're probably needed somewhere else.

glitched outfits are at the core of gamebreaking mechanics in yerms of shootouts. This game is about shooting, not clothing. Get your priorities straight brother

also to the argument that R* focus on "harmless" glitches over "game-breaking" ones, it would be safe to assume it is much easier to remove a bag than patch something more complex....a glitch is a glitch, its silly how its litterally called a GLITCH and people are surprised it eventually gets removed....game breaking or not...

 

glitches stop the game from flowing properly, one min people complain about lags then complain when they try to actually fix the game...which one is it....
