Not been online in over a year with gta so what's been added what's everyone doing now. Don't think i even have a garage or apartment yet

Bits and pieces. Actually kind of a lot, and more's about to change.

 

Don't bother doing nay of the public session-only work around other players - just wait until you get an empty session (or lag one out yourself).

 

If you don't have an apartment though, you have an extreme amount of catching up to do. I'd recommend waiting until the next money glitch, because you'll have an incredible grind ahead otherwise.

Speaking of solo sessions I recently discovered a powerful method to get one using an old DSL cord I used for my old Xbox 360 as it could not go online wireless. Doing this requires the cord hooked between the console and your router. When in an online session simply plug that sucker in and it should disrupt the connection just long enough to boot you to a solo session. It may not work on occasion but it has an extremely high success rate. Thats been about 2 weeks ago, and in that time I boosted my bank account from 3 million to nearly 12 million and counting doing the Biker and CEO stuff in my own special little solo sessions.

 

Your odds do decrease a little if the session you're in is heavily populated. If it does fail, while still in the clouds and the game is searching for another session for you, proceed to yank the cord out. Chances are this could also put you into a solo session during the loading process. (Don't spread this around too much. Don't want Rockstar being a killjoy and ruining this for me.)

So regarding what is actually new in the last year, well the are CEO offices and businesses, biker clubs and biker work like owning drug manufacturing businesses with also having to buy supplies and then sell the final product.

 

The open world has become slightly and I mean slightly less hostile as many are busy doing their own business work, but as always there are those that just like to fight it out in the streets or bomb you from above.

 

New stunt races were introduced, with off the wall flip tracks. Like hot wheels in gta.

 

And coming soon, not soon enough, is new content dlc, adding to the CEO stuff, introducing import/export missions with a bunch of new vehicles. Some crazy movie type cars.

 

Speaking of crazy vehicles, a version of the tron bike was added to the game, which has become my most favorite bike ever.

 

I'm sure there's more, but that's all I can think of.

 

Is it worth coming back to? No better time than now.
