Grand Theft Auto 5 Launcher crashes

Hello, A few days ago, perhaps a week, a random update of 88 mega-bytes for Grand Theft Auto V has appeared in my Steam account. As usual, I pressed Download and it downloaded the update. Since that moment, every time I launch the game, the launcher crashes. What do I mean? I press Play, the Social Club launcher opens, "loading" as usual, "ItsDiesL has signed in" in the top and then: "Grand Theft Auto V Launcher has stopped working", and then I close the launcher. Many people said that in the Discussions zone of the game in Steam, "since the update the game won't work." Rockstar Support has provided me with a link (rsg.ms/9f90eb8 ), and I did what was in there, but still the launcher crashes. I did what was in this link: https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/205778987, and still, launcher crashes. While I'm writing this, I'm reinstalling the game.

If it won't work after reinstalling, what should I do?

Btw, I sent rockstar a ticket and still no responses.
