A hacker gave me money, and I got I think wrongly suspended for it

I was playing GTA V online, and someone drove by and started shooting at me, so I killed them, then his friend or something TP'd to me, killed me, and spawned money on me, I tried to avoid is the best I could, but I ended up picking up about 10K. I tried to spend it to get rid of it, but it didn't work, and about 10 to 20 minutes ago, I got an email saying "Rockstar Games Account Suspension and character Reset Notification." I'll leave this up to whoever replies to this, but I think I'm wrongly being accused of hacking.

You spent modded money,doesn't matter how much money (you can be banned for small amount).And your social club profile is completely locked(hidden).

I've never seen modders drop such low amounts, but regardless, from what I'm hearing recently, they're banning anyone involved in modding, whether victim or perpetrator under some new algorithm.

 

It's obviously broken as f*ck, because every lobby I've been in this past week has been full of modders. Try to do Stand Your Ground, and when you've blown up all their insurgents, hydras, and tanks, they just go god mode and invisible with a minigun.

 

Either way, it's probably a ban via some automated process they have, and their support doesn't seem to care enough to filter through who should be and who shouldn't be banned, so you're probably SOL.

once i was playing then a hacker came onto the server. and added 1 M to my account. i don't know if this is what you call drop. but what can i do. i waited 24h, then i spent them.. it was one or two weeks ago and no ban so far. what i'm pretty sure about it's that if they ban me, and i put them on trials, they can't win. because they can't ban you unless they proove you're guilty. at least this is how it works here in France. i know some people can abuse this using Paypal or whatever, but how can they make the difference between an abuser, and the poor guy that was peaceful playing in his corner, and that, in 2s sees 2 M added to his account. i mean personnally even if i would have wanted i couldn't have prevented this to happen. plus, don't know for you, but here the support is broken. they ask me to confirm my email to post a ticket, and in my profile my email is already confirmed.. when this happened to me the server reset imediately afterwards. because a huge amount of requests sent at the same time. this is maybe why i didn't get banned
