Hardcore Mode/Server for GTA 5?

Ive been wondering why doesn't GTA 5 have a hardcore mode/server where there is no mini-map and realistic health? I thought it would be a pretty cool idea tbh and would change the game up.

Yeah no mini-map, great idea!!. Then we can all wonder around not seeing other players for ages. Not dull that!

I'd like to see a hardcore mode with no cops, all weapons and vehicles available to everyone and no ranks, meaning everyone has equal health.

There is, it's called Bad sport. Where everyone is off the radar/ghosted. All in jets! Which is hardcore mode!
