Total crash

I started playing GTA Online 7 months ago and first thing was that every time I started GTA it crashed. After trying to taking everything out of my PC I found that GTA couldn't handle Firewire audio even though it is a 1000$ pro sound card. So I bought a silly usb soundcard and got GTA started.

 

Pretty fast I began to experience crashes every second or third time there is a transition from ingame video to gameplay or vice verca.

 

That means when the video runs when I enter my office or my lab or an elevator or switching characters etc. the PC crashes. GTA, Windows and the entire PC suddenly reboots. Out of nowhere.

 

It took me 5 months of extremely bad gta support to check and reinstal everything. I reinstalled Win10 several times but nothing makes any difference. After 5 months I got a mail that the problem was escalated to the proper department and after that they doesn't answer my tickets any more. Communication is dead.

 

Now I'm interested in finding out if I am the only one having this crash problem.
