BigDice
Hello,i bought a laptop 1 month ago and its specs are good enough to run san andreas: Intel core i3-5005u 2.00ghz 2.00ghz with 4 threads 4GB Ram Intel Hd Graphics 5500 Hard Disk 500gb and this laptop is Lenovo Ideapad 100-15IBD. And also i had a laptop where its specifications were worse: intel core i5 2520m, 4gb ram intel hd graphics 3000 32mb, but it ran the game with no problem with intense mods. what ive tried doing is: Setting high performance, updating drivers to newest, lowest possible settings no fps limiter, but still cant run at 1360x768 with no lag.. by the way im playing SA-MP Edited December 4, 2016 by BigDice

lil weasel
Intel Hd Graphics 5500 Games as of 2014/2015 will usually run fluently only at (very) low settings. and uses Shared Memory GTA San Andreas wants 124 RAM of Video Dedicated Memory. It is A rare laptop that has Dedicated Memory, That is the failing. Edited December 21, 2016 by lil weasel
2sp00ky4me
Do you have anti-aliasing on? If so set it to off But also, while the GPU is much better than your old laptop, but the CPU isn't, so that might be causing problems. Especially since SA isn't good at using multiple cores. That would also explain why changing settings to lowest possible settings doesn't help.
