Can't open the site in Chrome

I thought the site is down, because I couldn't open it within two last weeks. Now I've tried to do it with Tor and it's ok! What is the problem?

No problem here. I have been using Chrome, Firefox and even Edge to log in here almost every day with no issues.

 

Edit: Might be something to do with this.
