Offices at -50% discount

I noticed a great deal in Gta Online at the moment. With -50% office discount, you can get the Maze Bank office for $2 million gta cash less which is a lot. In addition, the office extras such as design style are also half price. I also noticed that Reaper was discounted too. Now I wonder if I should buy the Maze bank or its smaller counterpart, what do you think? Or should I spend money on something else?
