GizzyXD Posted December 3, 2016 Share Posted December 3, 2016 My friend bought me GTA IV and EFLC from G2A last night and I can't play GTA IV due to me needing a unlock code. damian001 Posted December 4, 2016 Share Posted December 4, 2016 I bought GTA4 in 2010 during a sale on Steam, and now I finally built my own computer and it says serial invalid!!! ViceBoy69 Posted December 5, 2016 Share Posted December 5, 2016 One common issue with GTAIV when you reinstall it, is the game is looking to see if the release date has passed but problem is 8 years later its too far on and the release date software gets confused. Try setting your computers clock and date back to a few days after release. Each time ive installed my copies of GTAIV, EFLC I have to do this, it sounds stupid I know but it works.
