Yeah you should, though maybe wait until the grounded mode will come out (I think in a few weeks it will) for the ultimate difficulty, if you're up for it haha. I mean it's longer than the first game and most linear games but what really makes you think it's short is because of the pacing and padding on IMO. There are not enough "meaningful" moments to make you feel progress and I don't think the Order of the game is as well-thought as the first one to give you the illusion of longevity. I can't see Niel doing the 3rd game, he's the VP of ND so maybe someone else is doing Part 3, there are 3 people I can't see doing a third game Anthony Newman, Kurt Margenau or Josh Scherr. LittleJesus Posted July 5, 2020 Share Posted July 5, 2020 I don't know how much Halley Gross influenced the game, but given her history with Westworld my guess she was the one with the idea of flashbacks and jumping around different timelines. Neil initial idea was it to be open world. First half with Abby at Jackson and second half with Ellie at Seattle... last section was planned to be Mexico instead of Santa Barbara. He perfectly points out all the flaws within the game. I even ended up watching the extended discussion and I don't regret it. And that's a lot considering I barely have time to watch long ass videos(still watched it in 1.75x speed though.) How big it would've been I cannot say. But considering the game has been out for two weeks and everybody has seen what the game has to offer, the people who've played it still are in a "love it or hate it" state tells me that even without the leaks the game would be divisive. Think a lot of them are be influenced by it and are only looking at the bad sides of the game, instead of just giving their own opinion and not take every opportunity to bitch about this game.
