We need passive income in GTA Online

Also, most of the people I play with usually, for some strange reason, end up not playing the game and/or not login for months and sometimes years.

A CEO can't expect most of his employees to not show up for work years at a time. The show must go on nonetheless. Lone wolf players are usually more resourceful and trustworthy than players who rely on everyone to get the job done. My opinion of course.

How about adding your idea as Partnership system ?

Becoming a partner with someone allows him to spawn your character in his session as NPC and do missions and earn money and once you wake up, all the money your character gained will be added to your bank account.

Similar to how you can invite Trevor or Michael as Franklin and go to the bar or do some activities.

Just like Drivetars in Forza...

hmm Murdertars?

Gnocchi Flip Flops

I need that in real life more.

I mean, the whole idea of playing a game, is to play the game, not to have the game play itself.

Yeah I want to play the game, not grind 247.

Good job for completely missing the point.

I like this idea. It would be good for it to negate expenses of messing around with cars off the street, putting paints on cars, etc. It also helps negate the idiotic inflation they've put into the game with how insanely expensive some things are. I'm definitely not the only one that prefers to play this game like a customizable sandbox instead of Warframe: Los Angeles.

A glitched meth and coke lock up seems pretty passive to me. Haha. Watch TV in office while I'm doing stuff at home, sell full businesses, rinse repeat!

They should start by adding the stock market, like they were suppose to back in '13. Also maybe buying businesses that net you a revenue over time, like single player.

I don't believe the main aspect of the game is grinding 24/7 missions, heist and work. GTA:O has allot of forgotten features to offer that could be explored if you had a constant revenue coming in. You wouldn't have to worry about going broke, or you could continue grinding something else while having a revenue coming in to receive more cash.

Exactly.

If you like races in GTA Online but are short on cash, you're f*cked because their payouts are pisspoor. Or you do the same premium races over and over again (at a great risk).

My suggestion would be the ability to buy venues across the city, like nightclubs and bars. Not only would it reinvigorate the dead map that is GTA V by giving it the nightlife it so desperately needs, but it would allow for passive income. The more you invest in your venue's architecture, staff, etc, the more profit you get.

I think you're the one missing the point. If you don't find the game fun...don't play it. "Grind?" You've never had a real job have you? I really wish the multiplayer for IV had no weapons in free mode. All the little kids convinced themselves that screwin around playing grabass with their little boyfriends in FM at the airport is what GTA multiplayer is "supposed" to be.

If missions are repetitive it's because you're playing the same way every time. That's your fault. If you find it feels like "work" or it's stressing you out then you're taking your video game too seriously. It's supposed to be entertainment, not an extension of your personality, not a second life sim. That cool car you want won't make YOU cooler, in the game or in real life. "Grind" he says, ha! Man up.

Fruitbat eh ? More like Fruitcake.

The strength of GTA IV's multiplayer is that it gave an even playing field for anyone joining the game. Everyone started with no weapons, no cars, no body armor. You had to grab these up along your adventure.

Now, the incentive to play Online is to make the most money possible so you can 'TRY' all the content in the game (you've got no choice now since the new vehicles might not even be in Creator Mode for long still, ala Esskey) since you already paid 60$+ for it. It literally takes dozens of hours to complete CEO missions (pretty much the only thing worth doing to make ''respectable'' profits) and you get 2.2 mil for it. With the state the game is in right now, 25 mil doesn't even get you started. And some question why there are modders? Geez, I wonder why...

If someone bought GTA IV back in early 2013 and went Online, he'd have a great experience (imo mods aren't that bad). If you buy GTA V this christmas and start up your level 1 0$ Online character, you will be so depressed and demoralized to see the cheer height of the hill you have to climb. Rockstar basically handicapped the newcoming players by screwing up the in-game economy. They stand no chance. Nobody wants to play with them, because they're too f*cking low and ''sh*tty''. So they gotta lone wolf that sh*t, and boy let me tell you, it sucks.
