I dislike snow. IRL, Games.. I just don't like it.

Then you will hate the rain and thunderstorms even more. You might as well live in the moon.

tmw I love thunderstorms and pouring down rain. I used to sit on my deck and watch it come down where we lived. Lot of trees and everything around.

Unless it looks like North Yanktons Winter Wonderland where we could prolly ride snowmobiles... It's an annoying week of crack from the heavens.

I love snow, and f*cking hate the people who bitch about having it when it's around for less that a week out of every year. Get a f*cking decent car or play something else and let everyone else have fun you boring bastards.

 

I'm currently redownloading the game... didn't play GTA at xmas last year, so I'm hoping to get some time in this year! Need me some Seb Ogier rally action! Love the aesthetics that the snow provides in game too.

Man, my last memories of the snow was doing the "Steal EMP" setup mission where you fly the Hydra and Lazers

 

Whoo boy it was scary flying with snow around. Couldn't tell the difference from the sea and air.

I would love if R* would add more lights ,trees,snowmen,npcs in xmas hats and even differnet festive ornamets around the map making it more festive instead of having only one large tree in the square and in appartments.

 

For example have a look at winter crash from COD4 Remastered it looks really festive even attack helis have xmas lights.

 

Personally Christmas and this time of year in general is always when I have the most fun in GTAO.

^ I think it'll probably only 'settle' on the actual ground rather than the track, because it's all baked in to the map. Will make stuff like Vespucci's last corner.. interesting.

 

The Jester is pretty mean in the snow, iirc.

I'd love to see the snow for the whole week. I have been able to get on the whole time in the past but not so sure this year.

 

Mind you I was cursing it last year. Missions in the snow were interesting to put it mildly, but frustrating at times especially if it was really dense and foggy (that made coveted huge fun!).

 

Maybe they will though. Seemed to be there a bit longer last year, so perhaps.

hahaha sucks to be you, lemme guess your stuck with your family and other relatives all weekend? im glad i dont have what some people call a bed time, and i can stay up after everyone goes to sleep and play all i want.. pretty sad you cant find more than 5 min in 3 years lol, sounds like a nazi family, so yea only sad thing is your story lol im telling my family to f*ck off after 12 hours straight of f*cking dealing with people that dont give you 2 sec unless its holiday season, and you gotta make time for yourself, hell as a kid we always had from like noon til dinner time everyone disappeared and checked out their new sh*t opening, putting together, reading instructions blah blah and met back up and had family dinner and a christmas movie.. so yea.. i hope your story entails that you have to go miles away for christmas that you cant play your game or else it would just be overwhelmingly sad how strict your family is.. but if you do travel, sorry bro, you miss a whole lotta awesomeness!!! my condolences!!
