Can't wait for this again! was suggested to me awhile ago and can't stop doing it, mountain biking down snowy mountains! Here's one of my off the trail trials lol figured I'd show this one since it's more entertaining than a successful run tried this earlier but video didn't post right so here ya go

On the mention of snowploughs, I recon every vehicle with a plough-like attachment (upgraded nightclub and Arena War vehicles for example) should be able to operate as snowploughs in some regards - where they could "clear" the road they drive over - even if it is just for 10-20 seconds.

Does snow get put into any of the console editions? I haven't came across any snow lobbies on PS5.

Yeah, it'll be the same for all platforms. The PS5 is just playing the game as though on a PS4 at the moment too, so whatever the PS4 gets, the 5 gets too.

Snow breath’s new life in2 the game, apartment heists/contact missions have a different feel to them, I’ll drive 4x4/awd vehicles that normally sit in garage dormant.

You haven't encountered them because they do not exist right now. They exist only during the Xmas and New Years holidays, typically lasting through the weekend.

 

One exception however, is on PC. Menu users can change the weather at will and love to make it snow.

I imagine this will come active on the 22nd or the 24th, depends if event weeks start on Tuesdays or Thursdays once the DLC drops. However, I wonder if they'll just leave it active until after the New Year if it starts snowing on the 24th...

Does it always start on the Friday before Christmas? I think it did for 2017, 2018, and 2019. And I think 2016 was the Thursday before.

 

If that's the case, we could get it on the 18th. Seems unlikely, though.

I suspect it will be a bit earlier than that. I would put my money on it appearing on Tuesday 22nd, and around until Sunday 27th, and then reappearing on Thursday 31st until Saturday 2nd.

I like the snow for the first day and then hate it until it’s gone for good. If I could disable it I certainly would. Used to be stunt races were a dry haven during snow time but as of last year it’s in all game modes as well as free roam. I’d enjoy it and use it a lot more if it was optional..

It's almost that time of year where you rarely ever see actual aircraft (jets, planes and helicopters) unless the pilot has some pretty unrealistic eyesight because of the snow-version of the fog is insanely realistic and a pain to see through... unless that's just me.

A buddy and I have an annual tradition of playing a full daytime and full nighttime round of golf in the snow. We're decent players in normal circumstances, but this makes it incredibly difficult and fun!

Better be disabled for Cayo Perico at least.... cause f*cking hell if you try and offroad

I fly year round in the game but I especially love it in the snow. The challenge of flying in the missions (and free roam) while a blinding snow if falling gives me some renewed excitement.

Same. I’ll still use my Buzzard (or Sparrow)... but in previous years, I’ve lost my share of cocaine shipments when you drop them at sea in the Cuban plane. I believe once I flew right into the ocean.
