Lot of players seemed to dislike the fact that we got the long tail, but it's actually my favorite Mclaren.

 

The lack of communication is slightly annoying at this point, but i'll start to seriously worry if we don't get any further info by tomorrow evening. They might just drop without word on Tuesday but i kind of doubt they would do that. Hopefully I'm wrong though, because it would be really weird to get it on the 20th..

Tyrus is based on F1 GTR...(and Saleen S7 too). What you're asking for is a road version, the F1, or a short tail version of GTR.

 

I actually wanted to say I wanted to F1 LM, but I got confused (McLaren f1 have 4 versions)

Speculation it was coming out on the 13th, inb4 "it was delayed" excuses come.

The 20th or auto update on Christmas seems more appropriate.

Not commands - clearly just suggestions. I don't know what you're doing wrong (didn't you say you only own two biker businesses) but biker work is MUCH more profitable than CEO work. CEO work is worth so little money I don't even sell at all. I just collect crates to satisfy my OCD and completionist tendencies. I have 5 large warehouses that are 60-70% full altogether and I have no intention of selling ever again.

One coke shipment is around $600k. Weed usually over $200k. Cash and docs $120-160k. Meth $240k I think. That's over a million dollars for one cycle for biker businesses. There are no costs other than the setup fees, and I don't find the supply thefts difficult or time consuming. It doesn't take too long for the businesses to fill the product bar either. And my weed business is glitched and supply is stuck at 100%, so that's another bonus.

 

My crates on the other hand are worth so little that they're worth more to me just sitting on their shelves and looking cool. A million dollars is nothing for that amount of effort. Considering the eternity it takes to accumulate those stupid crates, even when only making triple purchases, I refuse to believe CEO work is worth the trouble. The millions I've made from biker work are all the evidence I need. CEO work was never a lucrative venture.

 

 

I think you're confusing facts for opinion on this one.

 

The average 3 crate pickup runs about 7 minutes and PROFITS 42k each time you successfully deliver them. With two large warehouses to kill the cool down timer you should be netting approximately 336k an hour very very easily. That's 8 deliveries. If you get a string of well placed crates you can get upwards to 10 deliveries completed in the hour for 420k in PROFIT. 2 hours of crate fetches alone should net you damn near a million, in PROFIT.

 

I can absolutely respect that you prefer biker missions to CEO grind fests but stating that Biker work is "much more profitable" is erroneous. Unfortunately it takes about 5 hours for the coke business to accumulate 600k in profit with the other 4 business being substantially less profitable with only slightly faster production times. Having all businesses requires constant attention OR constant purchasing of goods. Either your time is being consumed or your cash.

 

With that said, Biker work is a GREAT supplemental income. I generally sell my product about once an hour which for coke is 84k. I make sure I do this before it requires 2 vehicles since a single vehicle delivery mission is about 5 minutes of game time. This means I add about 84k to my already near 400k from Crates.

 

But that's not what matters...what matters is if you're enjoying it. But stating CEO Crates aren't as profitable is incorrect...Here's to hoping that selling cars is more profitable and fun than both!

I'm up to 36.5 million and I still feel that I'm gonna go broke after this update. I'm only saying that cause I saw somebody ask earlier if a million was enough for this update.

 

I'm really just looking forward to as others have said taking part in criminal activities that relate to the title of the game. I always had fond memories of doing the import/export side missions in the 3D days.

they should add a feature enabling us to sell pegasus vehicles for a 25%-50% cash return. I could see that being an awesome and fitting feature for this DLC.

Because, those who have cheated money thought it would be cool and a status symbol to own all the crappy Pegasus vehicles just because they had excess cash. Now that most glitches and console mods are gone and R* took a ton of GTA cash from players they want to get some of their illegitimate funds back. No legit player has a list full of useless Pegasus vehicles he/she wishes they hadn't bought.

 

As a matter of fact I don't think any legit player has any more than 1 or possibly 2, regret(s) of a purchase, if that. When you actually play the game and earn the rewards, you don't make stupid, short sighted, I gotta keep up with the Jones', purchases.

I actually don't think its that, but rather the fact that the rear just looks to long visually to be properly pleasing. If they extended the roof line back a bit or something, it would flow more.

Obey Omnis is based on The Audi Quattro and I google translate'd that "omnis" basically means "all" and so does "quattro."

Also, both Tropos(phere) and Stratos(phere) are parts of Earth's atmosphere.

Gauntlet is the Dodge Challenger, "throwing down the gauntlet" means "challenging another person to a duel."

 

These are some examples (read: could not find any other) of rockstar car naming.

 

Knowing that and believing the leaked info, the blue Lamborghini looking car in the picture is the Pegassi Tempesta. It looks like Lamborghini Huracan and both Tempesta and Huracan mean something something windstorm/hurricane.

 

Also, the B Engineering Edonis is based on Bugatti EB110 and "could" be the Nero car.

You are leaving out that you can't do with friends without screwing them over. Only one of the 4 people you need makes that cash, the rest make squat and nothing. Do drug work with 4 people and each of their drug labs are all working and earning money at the same time. 4 players all earn the money.

 

CEO work only produces money that's good on paper for one person while you need absolute idiots to work for you and you have to screw them over to make that profit.

 

When playing with people that you don't feeling screwing over the Coke lockup is far, far better for everyone as a whole and makes more cash in total.

I'm not leaving it out, CEO work is probably best done solo with a private "public" lobby. In the end, CEO work is still the most profitable way to make cash vs time spent playing.

 

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's "fun" but it is still the most lucrative way to spend your time especially if you have a biker business working in the background.

 

My actual concern is that Rockstar has gotten wise to the ways of forced private "public" lobbies and they'll make these import/export businesses require additional people to maximize profit. Right now we can run crates or biker deliveries as a lone wolf if needed and I like that option (it's great with friends but not all of my friends play when I do).

Yeah, the LM or even the normal version would be great, they are more clean. I wish we had them and could turn into our current Tyrus, a GTR.
