What's up with the commands? Biker businesses are not as profitable as CEO stuff. You need to pay more upkeep costs for businesses and when businesses get raided, it's over. That's why I fill my coke and counterfeiting business and then grind CEO stuff. BTW the fact that it is only available in public lobbies is a pain. It has become so hard to find empty public lobbies lately. Oh, and I only have about 5 cars and one apartment, so I'm not spending my money on cosmetic nonsense. And not one of them is a super car.

Not commands - clearly just suggestions. I don't know what you're doing wrong (didn't you say you only own two biker businesses) but biker work is MUCH more profitable than CEO work. CEO work is worth so little money I don't even sell at all. I just collect crates to satisfy my OCD and completionist tendencies. I have 5 large warehouses that are 60-70% full altogether and I have no intention of selling ever again.

One coke shipment is around $600k. Weed usually over $200k. Cash and docs $120-160k. Meth $240k I think. That's over a million dollars for one cycle for biker businesses. There are no costs other than the setup fees, and I don't find the supply thefts difficult or time consuming. It doesn't take too long for the businesses to fill the product bar either. And my weed business is glitched and supply is stuck at 100%, so that's another bonus.

My crates on the other hand are worth so little that they're worth more to me just sitting on their shelves and looking cool. A million dollars is nothing for that amount of effort. Considering the eternity it takes to accumulate those stupid crates, even when only making triple purchases, I refuse to believe CEO work is worth the trouble. The millions I've made from biker work are all the evidence I need. CEO work was never a lucrative venture.

@Crafty

The only problem is that GTA Online takes place before GTA5. In the three years since release they haven't added any new buildings.

They can't finish the building because several missions already take part in it's construction site.

Would be nice, but would break many things in the same time.

I wonder why everybody thinks the 60 car garage is in the same building

as the office. I bet it is not, you may only be able to buy one if you own a office but is located in a other building. And I would Loughton if there is only one location making it a Hotspot for grieving with explosives....

I think it will be in the same building and you can access it from the office by choosing a new option at the elevator. And from the street it will be accessable through garagedoors. Every office has garagedoors at groundlevel except Arcadius but that one has a parking at groundlevel.

I don't think so - the garage has windows, if so they need to make 3 or 4 garages to fit the offices they are in. To much work... :)

If I remember correctly, there is no missions in that part of building (on left).Btw if they finish whole building,I would not be surprised if they remove that missions from game, lol

Sorry but I misinterpreted your suggestions as commands or something. I don't like biker businesses because it costs too much and you have to upgrade them and resupply and blablabla. It's not bad, hell no, but I play solo most of the time so resupplying can take a while. It has been proven that CEO warehouses are better than biker businesses. Sorry, but multiple people have said this and it makes sense.

BTW coke max is 420.000 when selling far. I play solo, so I usually sell locally.

I have definitely sold several coke shipments for around $600k - if $420 is the max then perhaps Rockstar had a biker activity bonus period. Nonetheless, it's still around a million for one cycle of sales. Sure, the setup costs are significant, but if you play GTA Online a lot the biker activities will quickly pay for themselves and then you're looking at pure profit forever. And the rival bonuses are a nice extra, which usually apply to my sales.

Just because CEO work may have a better return on investment, doesn't mean it is a better use of your time. My Social Club page tells me my playtime is 18 days and 21 hours for GTA:O, so I've played the game a fair bit. In the time it takes to stock a warehouse I can do 4+ biker cycles. The revenue is an order of magnitude higher.

There's no need to be afraid of full lobbies. Just have a friend be on security standby in a Buzzard, and use a Buzzard or Tank yourself wherever possible. They benefit as you take turns helping one another. Also buy the businesses down by the docks. You must have one trustworthy friend in real life you can get into GTA Online. Even then, you can make a friend here in the forum and do it all the same.

My post on the garage is guesswork really, I can't see where else it would be.

It'd be weird if they use the model we see in the picture at all CEO offices, because it clearly wouldn't fit with them all.

I guess there could be a couple of different garage interiors to suit different buildings - just like there are two different biker clubhouses. The other one might be an all underground garage that would suit the other buildings. Does anyone have a picture of all current CEO offices? do they all have a garage door ? I know the one next to del perro apartments has one at the rear.

I have a coke business, fully upgraded and I just buy the supplies, because the resupply-missions are boring. From one buy of 75k supplies it makes 112k product which sells remote for 168k. Sometimes it makes 140k product from the supplies bought for 75k (and that 140k sells remote for 210k)...

The sell for 168k is always two vehicles and it's totally doable on your own. The sell missons with two dodo's, two boats, two helicopters, two garbagetrucks or two baggers can be done within 30 minutes easily, especially if you have a pegasus buzzard/hydra standby to get you fast nearby the vehicles. But then there's the postal-trucks, that one is impossible for me to complete for 2 times 5 deliveries. But in that case, if you can't complete it and just have 8 or 9 deliveries, it doesn't hurt that much.

I have the coke business at the Alamo Sea, so when LJT calls it runs out of coke, I fly in my CEO buzzard to the Sandy Shores airstrip, meanwhile calling pegasus. Hop out of de ceo buzzard and hop in the pegasus buzzard, fly further to the coke business. There I swich to MC and buy new supplies and then I choose: sell remote. Mostly it's two dodo's with delivery-points in the sea nearby of the LSIA in the city. The two dodo's are awaiting at Grapeseed, so I use the pegasus buzzard to get there quick. And then when the sell mission is completed, I'm back in the city and switching over to CEO.

The advantage of the coke business at the Alamo Sea is that it's the cheapest and the advantage of only doing the sell missions as MC that the business never gets raided. And even so, if you forget to switch to CEO and stayed a MC too long, and you must defend your product, it's always the police (because of the security upgrades) and that can easily be dought with if you use the attack buzzard.

I use the coky business as passive income just like the sandking. Every 48 minutes I'm selling a sandking and around every 1h 40m I'm selling the coke. This gives me time to do other stuff in the game (crates, missions, heists) and still have some income on the side. I don't even have a garage in Sandy Shores/Harmony anymore, I spawn the sandkings and put a tracker on them, because I don't like the time it takes to drive from and to the nearest six-car-garage in that part of the map.

If they add garages to the office, how would they do it for Arcadius? It only has underground parking.

Maybe they make a garage-door with a little blue corona at the end where a wall is now, idk...

But maybe this is just one more thing that points out it will be a will be a seprate building...

With the office garages it wouldn't surprise me if R* just did two garage designs. The one in the screenshots would likely be for maze bank tower and arcadius as both buildings are round and lombank and maze bank west could have underground garages.

Quite possibly, but that image doesn't fit the R* picture either - windows too small, the wall to the left that you can see through the window wouldn't be apparent if in maze bank either.

Who knows, I mean, we're assuming the real garage will even match the picture on newswire...

All the offices have garage entries, the article itself say they're an expension to offices. What more do you want? Don't even expect that building to be "built", it won't make sense at all, since GTA Online is set before GTA V's story, where it's still being built. Even if R* didn't care about that, do you realize how big of changes must be done for that? Also, I wonder if they'll add the ability to buy multiple offices, since you'll only be able to own just one garage of 60 slots, which is fine by me. And for the Arcadius, they could implement a simple garage door and interior. Let's be honest, anyone would rather work on something that's that simple instead of an entire new building that's complicated to make. Remember, the garage doors from Eclipse Tower and Richards Majestic...etc have doors different from how they look in single player, and they do have an interior.

If they bring a "Request vehicle from storage" feature like they did with Bikers, that'll be the nail in the coffin for Mr. Johnny On-the-spot. No cooldowns and instant delivery. However, having 120 vehicles in total, it's going to be quite difficult getting to the car you want to order.

I'd like to think that you'd get to choose which of the three tiers of garage you'd want to pick a vehicle from, like you choose what garage the mechanic pulls a vehicle out of today

The Rockstar newswire image I think is most likely Arcadius hence there's also a construction site across it on the other side of the freeway north of the Integrity Way/Tinkle building appartements

they should add a feature enabling us to sell pegasus vehicles for a 25%-50% cash return. I could see that being an awesome and fitting feature for this DLC.

That's really the only thing I thought of was it being setup like Weazel Plaza. If it's separate then I'm fine with that I suppose.
