Can't Bind push to talk

I have a gaming mouse with buttons on the sides. My issue is i can bind all the keys to my mouse but push to talk. Does not matter what Key i assign it too it just does not work. Anyone know why this is happening and help me fix it?

Hoe do you bind it?

 

Like do you use a macro to act a mouse button like a keyboard key , or really use the mouse button itself.

 

 

When i bind keys to my mouse i macro the keyboard to my mouse so lets say mouse button 6 or something is just like a key on the keyboard

I use a program that came with my Corsair mouse. I can bind any key to the button on my mouse can be 1 or A doesn't matter. So i bind the keys that way and every single one will work except push to talk. I does not matter what button i

 

put it to i press it on the keyboard it works but on my mouse it does not. Every other button i bind in game works but not push to talk.
