Alt+Tab causes black screen, who knows an easy fix?

GTA San Andreas v1.0, Win 10 Pro

 

Alt+Tab does not minimize the game but causes a black screen. Only the cursor is visible. I have to press Alt+Tab again to get back to the game menu. Task Manager is not visible when pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del. Who knows an easy fix?

 

EDIT: FIXED: press Ctrl+Alt+Del and click Cancel (If cursor gets stuck in top left corner, press Esc. This method will most likely work with other games/applications as well)

You are playing the game with the DVD in the Drive?

I have the DVD version but for convenience I am using a no-cd fix. Should I re-install the game and use the DVD?

Also, earlier today, I stumbled upon the video above, but I was hoping for an even easier fix perhaps.. I also tried running it as administrator and using different compatibility settings but to no avail.

Yes, We cannot assist people with "Pirated" games, and as the Disc is the "Key" to playing that makes your installation a "Pirated" game. Also, No-CD Cracks are a mod, which *might* be part of your problem.

Using the original exe/DVD didn't make a difference. I still get a black screen when using Alt+Tab. It must be something Windows related, as I did not encounter this issue when using Win 7.

The video was a rather simple fix, I don't know how else it would work.

simple fix is win key, double press it to get out of start menu also...got sick of it and reinstalled win 7 pro and blocked all updates which were related to upgrading!

The Windows key fix did not work for me. However, I have just discovered a very simple solution myself:

 

press Ctrl+Alt+Del and click Cancel

 

This minimizes the game without a black screen. If the cursor gets somewhat stuck in the top left corner, press Esc and hey presto! This method will most likely work with other games and applications as well. I would still like to thank everyone for helping me. Really appreciated.
