eBay modded account

I purchased a modded account on eBay and I literally know nothing about how it works but can't help but feel I've been ripped off so looking to see if anyone thinks the same that knows about that kind of stuff!

The person I purchased it from has sent me an email and password but there is absolutely nothing on it, he's said I have to wait 30 days until I can transfer!

What is that email meant to be connected to ?

The email is the one you will connect your PSN profile with, it's a dummy email which is now yours. R* are screening modded accounts more thoroughly, so your account can be no less than 30 days old.

 

I would change the password as soon as possible. You are likely alright, reporting him on ebay would not be good for his reputation.

Modded money probably will be reset to 0$ or 20k when you transfer and you can even get ban for that.So,good luck.

Because there's so much on the game I'm missing out on with no money!

I know it's done through a mod menu on last gen console, i just didn't understand why I was being sent an email with nothing on it.
