Session or lobby?

Recommended Posts

Well the game calls it a session. I'd go with that.

Dis. I call sessions freeroam. I call lobbies the screens where players join you for a job.

Doesn't really matter too much. Though if you go round calling a wheeled bike a Vortex, now that's a different story. (Aimed at Rockstar; not players).

I call it the Zentornex...

Or, er... The Vortorno...

Still like the bike. It just unjustly stole a much-loved vehicle's name, like the Windsor.

I refer to an extended time of continuous, uninterrupted game play as a 'session', but I use 'lobby' to refer to free roam (e.g. public lobby, invite lobby) or a job lobby (where you wait until the job launches) itself.

Personally, I call it a clusterf*ck.

However, I like Coleco's terminology better^ :D
