joshuagreen98
Hi Guys, I'm doing some re-modelling for the game, and strangely the model I've reworked is darker than the rest. Im not sure if its the dff or the col (or something else?) but I've tried tonnes of stuff (such as col brightness) and nothing has made the model brighter. The model is the grove street road, and the model looks like this in game: http://imgur.com/a/Apijf Here are the .dff and .col material settings: (dff) http://imgur.com/a/s53U4 (col) http://imgur.com/a/EgyCc I've watched tutorial after tutorial and I have no idea what I have missed / misconfigured. All support is vastly appreciated! Let me know if you need any additional info! Automan
For map object the shadow I's caused of the collision. Open a .col of the game to see the exact settings. joshuagreen98 1 Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/874279-dff-or-col-causing-a-dark-shadow/#findComment-1069235732 Share on other sites
joshuagreen98
hi there , I've done some more research into it and it actually has nothing to do with the shadows, the DFF is the problem! The vertex Paint was the wrong colour! Thanks for the response though!
