.dff or .col causing a Dark Shadow?

Hi Guys,

I'm doing some re-modelling for the game, and strangely the model I've reworked is darker than the rest. Im not sure if its the dff or the col (or something else?) but I've tried tonnes of stuff (such as col brightness) and nothing has made the model brighter.

The model is the grove street road, and the model looks like this in game:

Here are the .dff and .col material settings:

(col)

I've watched tutorial after tutorial and I have no idea what I have missed / misconfigured.

All support is vastly appreciated! Let me know if you need any additional info!
