What is up with the garages?

So I'm doing a playthrough of V Enhanced this time around and the garages are all messed up.

 

I tried putting Jimmy's SUV in the garage after Complications. It disappeared. Ok I thought, it's been known to disappear.

 

The police car from The Good Husband is unique so I saved it in Michael's garage. It disappeared.

 

The black Dubsta from TPI, it was in my garage until I saved. I checked before I saved and it was there, then it wasn't.

 

What the hell is wrong with these garages? This trash never happened LG, why is this stuff happening now. I'm pretty much stuck using interior garages from this point on.

 

So with that out of the way, why is this happening? This is happening way too much for this to be normal, especially when said cars never disappeared LG.
