How to optimize payout for your MC prospects?

So I have an MC and some people helping me have not, so if they help me they depend on the payout the game gives them, since I can't change a bit. I spend them a Fleece run once in a while (giving them 70% of the payout) to say thanks, because the payout is, only sometimes good and I can not seem to find a ruling how the prospect are paid for runs.

 

I got they get between 2k and 5k for a supply run, depending on the type of run, success and time (which is not taken out of my pocket, oddly). The payout is so bad I don't even thinking about how it gets calculated. If I do a supply run, I make a "Race for the target" so one prospect is at least getting paid a little bit better, but most of the times I just buy the supplies, because the only one getting a decent payout of it, is me (15k-30k / 5-10 min is ok, if your are low on cash).

 

But for selling it really comes in handy to have some people helping you (2 at least). Sometimes they got and outstanding payout of nearly 40 k for their 10 min of time, somethings they get a bad one of 12 k. Sometime it is in between. I can't figure out how the sum is calculated. Once they got 35k for a delivery of full coke with a success of only 12/15 bars in an empty session, the other time they got 18k on a slightly populated session with selling all of the cocaine.

 

I know a lot of people in this game do not care how the others are paid if they get a decent amount of money out of it, but I do, and I can't figure out how the payout is calculated. It seems like there is just a random number generator making these numbers up.

 

Has somebody figured it out, is there a spreadsheet on the internet I just missed trying to google it?
