Weird, the emergency sirens does not work again after this update, and also the game still crashes when activating the Vigilante mission, the problem still persists even after disabling the model special feature loader.

Then it's something else like incompatibility among mods you have. At least one of them could make a problem.
Also there's a matter of limits. If you increase the number of vehicles or cops too much - the game will eventually crash (unleass you increase the limits with fla.)...
The menu won't let you mess with the limits though - only direct xml editing.

Tell me more about this crash. Does it happen right after you activate the vigilante mission or during the mission? And a crash report might be helpfull.

Also can you show me how your "vigilante" function look like before wle usage. It starts at 0x6D2370 (take a look with CE). And it should look like this:

The game crashes right after I activate the mission.

 

EDIT: The game crashes 5 seconds after loading the game with this update. If installed inside a vanilla game, the game crashes when getting wanted levels.

Okay, I do not understand the menu, I only want 6 stars, and I got this police quad, and I just want to spawn it in pursuit in country and desert zones, it's an added vehicle (id 3217).How do I do it?

If the vehicle is already present (I mean possible to spawn and drive it) then open the xml file.

A third vehicle (3217) has been added into pursuit.
WL Editor constantly switches between those 6 lines (2 if "enable_slot" is disabled) so all 6 vehicles will appear in the game.
In this case 3 of them (432, 433 and 3217).

I recomend the menu though - it uses the actual vehicle names instead of their IDs.

Okay, they work now, though the turret positions for the S.W.A.T and FBI Truck are wrong, is it possible to define the positions for the peds?

EDIT: I found some issues with the desert area, the desert cops spawn in vehicles, while the rural cops spawn on foot and in boats. If I enter a police station, I will gain a two-star wanted level even though I'm unarmed. And the boats I assigned to the wanted levels are still black.

Fixed. Also "Mod Mix Sets" were incompatible (which made peds inside the vehicle uneditable by wle code).

Fixed. Also planes and helicopters should have their original colours.

Not possible through xml settings.

 

Also this last version has all "Main_Mod_Features" enabled.

The jurisdictions in both countryside and desert have SWAT officers, FBI agents and army soldiers spawning on foot at their respective wanted levels, this does not happen in all of the three cities or have less than 4 stars wanted level in both areas. Also, if I enter the interior of a building in the desert and leave again, the rural officer will appear in front of the building to shoot me, after a while the desert officers will spawn again, again this is under the 4 stars wanted level. Sometimes my game crashes randomly, though not sure if it's related to this mod.

How do I modify wanted level stats? I tried modifying the number of vehicles on Wanted Level 3 in San Fierro, but whether I pressed space, F or RMB it constantly resets back to the default (2).

- Police Helicopter mission was sometimes changed to none after adding occupants in it which caused heli to act strange (fixed).

It works for me. Maybe you left the xml file opened. If you still unable to change this option through the menu then try manually through the xml (and don't forget to save).

With this update, it seems the desert cops will still spawn in the countryside, also every cops from every areas will carry desert eagles. if I get one star wanted level, one cop who chases me acts like he's carrying a nightstick while in reality he has a desert eagle in his hand. When I type "STAR0", every cops leave me alone except one more who still shoots at me. If I leave a building with one star wanted level, the cop who spawns outside will shoot me with his gun. Also, it seems every peds with the pedtype has the rural cop quotes.

So, the jurisdiction issue is fixed, though the SWAT, FBI and army peds still have the voice lines from the regular cops depending on the area I'm in. Is it normal for the news chopper to not have pilots in it? Also, one of the cop emerging from a police car is unarmed.

In the meantime I'm recreating the mod for vc again by using some more advanced methods (replcing the default police functions and making them to be more like San Andreas ones). I will also add a bunch of options to disable/enable all kinds of mod features (like I'm doing it for SA) - it should help us to determine what's the problem.

Well I already removed the voice feature so it's not voice related thing (kind of). It must be ped stat type. If I disable that - a replaced peds will not act like cops - they will be afraid and start runing again so I don't have the solution for it atm.

 

News chopper is not part of the wanted level since it doesn't represent any type of law vehicle but when it comes to coding this vehicle belongs to the same type of functions used for police vehicles, peds... so it should not be a problem to add peds in it as well. The question is why doing it?

 

A cop emerging from police car - I have no idea. It's probably a rare moment since I never actually saw it after the last update.

Just wanted to report a bug for WLE version 2.17.8. for SA. For some reason a police helicopter comes at 0-2 stars even though I edited the .xml file with a notepad and made sure police helicopters are disabled under 3 stars in both general settings and zone settings... It still happens. Also, when changing weapons for passengers inside vehicles like swat team for all 4 occupants to have a different weapon, they have a glitch where all 4 different weapons cycle through their "inventory" or hands and you can see them changing through all weapons very fast and not being able to shoot because their weapons just change constantly, not letting them even use them or shoot. Also, when using 3 occupants as turrets, they float outside of the vehicle very awkwardly and are not put in the correct position.

I tried to configure vehicles added with fastman adjuster limit, but they don't appear in the menu. Would it only be possible to configure with the game's cars?
