Also, they should change the Motorcycle Clubhouses so you can store a few cars in them, like, 10 motorcycles and no cars, 9 motorcycles and 1 car, 8 motorcycles and 2 cars, or 7 motor cycles and 3 cars. This will allow players to put their preferred Biker cars in there.

Another thing, replace the Mechanic with a new section of the "Vehicle" section of the Quick Access Menu, which will allow you to spawn any of your Personal Vehicles from any of your garages beside you, without having to call your Mechanic.

Kind of experimental (and could easily be terrible), but how about a GTA equivalent of the Bermuda Triangle? Like, just some area/s where weird things happen with aircraft (maybe boats too).

 

Could have planes just drop out of the sky, maybe a UFO encounter or two, or maybe with some trickery they could make you get trapped in a kind of endless nothing-ness (endless water, would have to kill yourself to escape).

The closest thing we have now is the map border where watercraft sink and planes get a wing cut off, with the engine failing. It is an instant kill zone beyond the border if you swim, though. I did enjoy floating out there with a bounty and a dead Dodo, until they changed it so Pegasus reclaims destroyed vehicles.

Instead of Bad Sport lobbies, they should make it so that people who are bad sports end up locked in Bolingbroke Prison, in orange prison clothes. Every time you logged on, you respawn within the prison grounds with NPC prisoners and any other bad sports, and there is no way to get out until the clock runs down. If you do get out before the end of your sentence, i.e. by being rescued by a friend in a helicopter, you spend the entire time on the outside with a five star wanted level, and when killed, always respawn back in the prison. They could develop the prison so that the prison blocks can be entered, with limited access to clothing combinations etc

I like the ideas but I want to see cops take players down on the ground and slap on the handcuffs. Drag them up and put them in the car. Then your friends can save you before the car reaches the destination or can break you out later on like you said.

 

When you break out of prison though it should be pretty much impossible for the cops to lose trace of you in real life. Have police Helicopters in the air with video cameras. Police Dogs that can not be out ran on foot. Road blocks. etc.

If you do manage to get full off the police eye you'd need to get a disguise of some sort so that they don't recognize you when you go outside until another timer expires after I'd say..20 minutes.

The return of: Armored Trucks, Aircraft Takedowns, Distracting Cops, Crate Drops and Killing Targets. They were really fun - and should never have been removed - considering that they are marginally more fun than some of the mundane freemode events (i.e. killing players with [blank] or parachuting). And removal of Simeon's vehicle stealing missions, since the High-Priority ones were removed, they should be removed all together.
