In all seriousness, I wish for a much bigger safe, possibly a whole room dedicated to a large safe. With an actual safe door. Bonus points for having to open it while you sit at your desk through a button or something.

It's probably not gonna happen at this point, but it would be nice if a second player could use the machine gun on the Rhino tank.

I've spoken to my friends about that several times, how cool it would be if a second person could get in the top of the tank & use the machine gun. The only way to fix this would be to release a whole new tank; they can't modify the existing one. It doesn't have to be a completely different tank though; just change the skin to green or something.

Actually there are many things they can't do. They told me they can't pave the horse track. They're extremely limited to what's in existence. For example; when they made the VIP offices, they used existing buildings, as opposed to creating new ones; which can't be done.

Two new options for CEO work:

 

Warehouse Forklift

Cost $25,000 (works for any/all warehouses)

Lets you move crates/pallets around in the warehouse in the same way that you can re-arrange vehicles in garages. You don't have to physically use the forklift to move things

Why: Some players may want to see their cargo (especially the unique ones like the pocket watch and diamond) arranged together. Besides, the forklift model and the ability to swap item locations are already in the game.

 

Inventory Consolidation

Another CEO & Associates option that's neither buying or selling. This would let you use Brickades to transport cargo/crates between your warehouses so that sales jobs can be more lucrative. Got a medium warehouse with 32 crates and a large with 70? Drive the 32 over to the large one and now you have 102 to sell at a higher per-crate value.

Risk: Players and possibly NPCs can attack and destroy some/all of your cargo. Possibly a cost as well, based on the size of the shipment.

Reward: Higher payouts on sales missions - or - split inventory to reduce the chances of an NPC attack on a full warehouse

CEO Business ownership:

 

Taking elements from the single player property missions, club management from GTA IV, maybe a bit of VCS empire building.

 

Ceo's can buy bars, scrapyard, stripclubs, night clubs, taxi depot, casinos, back room gambling and other establishments.

 

Random events in freemode, attacks, deliveries, etc.

 

Bodyguards/associates can "man" the businesses, with their own different types of random or triggerable events (taxi missions, bouncer in club, delivering vehicles to scrapyard). This would increase their salary.

 

Failing these tasks, and the regular freemode events triggered by these businesses decreases their pay.

 

Steady pay in freemode, like with being a Bodyguard/Associate.

 

Bodyguards/associates have a higher cap to their pay, due to the expanded challenge.

 

Increased organisation size to 8 total including CEO.

My Ultimate GTA Wishlist

 

I will express my wishes by topic:

 

Online Gameplay:

• More clothing accessory combinations especially with jewelry
• More jewelry items such as rings, mouth grills, and face piercings.
• Improvements to fighting styles; muay thai, krav maga, jujitsu,even Kendo for swords... etc.(This could be another skill choice)
• You should be able to interact with strippers more...
• Female characters should be able to call upon Chippendales for apartment activities and hang outs (just trying not to be so one-sided. I am well aware women play the game also)
• The npc contacts from story mode should join in more online mini-games
• Players should be able to buy weed joints from the smoke shop by the beach and store them in inventory
• More functional doors and buildings.
• Incrementally more violent NPC's as your k/d ratio goes up past 3.0. More random bounties and gang attacks that breach your immediate surroundings as an attempt to kill you. Random muggers that attack and steal cash you when you have passed a certain wealth bracket; $10 M for example.
• There should be random horses around the mountainous regions to provide an easy way to road access (lol)

 

Weaponry:

• I'd like to see Katana swords hence the kendo reference above...
• Better looking bulletproof (ballistic) helmets, military grade but badasses approved. (some real spec-ops sh*t!)
• Bullshark testosterone should be an item eligible for storage your personal inventory
• Higher ballistic resistances for bulletproof vests, of course coming with heftier price
• An anti-tank weapon that actually works! A more powerful IED would be nice (because that tank, in perfect condition, could eat up to 5 sticky bombs and RPG's aren't even an option because you're blown to hell before you can get your third shot off)
• The rebreathers should be updated to protect against harmful gasses such as smoke bombs
• More throwables would be nice: smoke screens, flash bombs, radar jammers....
• Chest rigs that statistically reduces reload times and aim times

Aircrafts:

• Helicopters should be able to take more missile damage to even air battle odds
• More private airports for more spawn locations or just make helipads more accessible in various locations throughout the city
• More two seater militarized and armed jets
• More armored options for aerial vehicles
• Increased missile resistance on the Valkyrie, Buzzard, and Savage
• More aircraft spawn locations (for when your stuck out in the mountains)

 

Aquatic Vehicles:

• More affordable and scaled down yacht options
• More boats with mounted machine guns on them
• more boats with anti-aircraft missiles
• A submarine
• An armed submarine

 

Land Vehicles:

• Make various car tire types more closely resemble the the real-life mechanics.
• Add a few three-wheeled, two-seater vehicles such as the Campagna T-Rex
• Nitrous boost upgrades
• Supercharged options
• More tuner favorite look alikes such as: Mazda RX-7,Mitsubishi 3000GT, Acura Integra,Nissan 300ZX, Honda S2000, Toyota Supra, Nissan Skyline GT-R
• More muscle favorite look alikes such as: 1964 Pontiac GTO, 1971 Buick GSX, 1971 Plymouth Hemi Cuda, 1969 CHEVROLET CAMARO Z28,1968 SHELBY MUSTANG GT500-KR, 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302

Longish list of random changes and additions I'd like to see in the game:

-all combat vehicles moved to their own phone number where you can order them, both PV and Pegasus included

-cooldowns for re-ordering combat vehicles once they're destroyed or lost, inability to re-order new ones while you're using one

-large fees for re-ordering destroyed combat vehicles

-jet cannons changed into non-explosive miniguns

-insurance costs for non-combat vehicles removed or drastically reduced, cooldown for non-combat pv removed when last vehicle was not destroyed, reduced cooldown when destroyed

-ability to remove bullshark testosterone and death streaks as well as all the other bs from deathmatches

-buff armor for the tank, bring back the ability to snipe the driver with the Heavy sniper

-buff armor for military helicopters except for maybe the Buzzard as it's fast and small enough to dodge missiles, the bigger helis should be able to tank at least one missile without getting completely destroyed, maybe even 2, they should have considerably more protection from bullets too

-give all DLC weapons a level lock that matches their effectiveness in combat, the homing launcher for example should unlock after the RPG

-level lock for all combat vehicles as well, Hydra would be the final unlock and it would maybe unlock at level 100 or so

-remove passive mode and just add friendly sessions like in Red Dead, friendly free mode would have a customizable level of passiveness where you can choose through the interaction menu whether if players can kill you, run you over or destroy ur pv

-bring Duke O' Death and the livery muscle cars Online, maybe as upgrades you can apply at Benny's

-JB 700 upgradable to have the weapons from singleplayer

-payouts for most things you do should gradually get higher when you level up, this would be for players like me who have spent a lot of time with the game(I'm level 278) and have really gotten tired of the grind, but would still like to get the new stuff, I know R* wouldn't do this though, because it goes against their shark card business

-ability to use the upgraded versions of Ceo Pegasus vehicles outside of CEO missions, also the ability to upgrade and extensively modify all Pegasus vehicles in warehouses

-more outfit slots and the ability to save barber shop purchases and tattoos into outfits as well, preferably no need to re-purchase the same things in barbershops again

-ability to gain temporary discounts in stores through various ingame activity

-ability to rob Fleeca banks in free mode

-increased payouts for pvp jobs in order to make them more popular and worth grinding

-ability to join ongoing jobs through quick job instead of just lobbies, generally just better matchmaking, maybe a browser for lobbies if possible

-ability to open the pause menu while in a lobby, this would let you join your friend without going back to free mode among other things

-ability to start a private session while in a public session

-mission creator or preferrably a versatile editor which really just lets you create almost any type of game mode you want, but that's probably not gonna happen at this point

-military boats, speargun that can be used underwater against other players, underwater free mode activities

-80s themed items

-biker themed items

-post-apocalypse themed items

-weird cosplay clothing

-flamethrower and chainsaw

-open the police station doors and other interiors that are closed despite being fully loaded into free mode, probably wouldn't break the game if they rendered all the other mission interiors into free mode as well

-bring the cargo plane, jet and blimp into free mode in some form, I understand it could tank performance a lot if everyone could spawn ones of their own, maybe they would be something you can only have a limited amount appear at the same time

-bring the stun gun online, maybe make it inflict heavy damage after a few continuous shots on a person in order to stop people from trapping others to the ground forever

-plastic surgeon that lets you change your caharacter's appearance, also have the ability to save different types of looks you've made, would also be nice to save a face into an outfit

-secindary gunner for the tank that uses the machine gun which is in the tank model

-all singleplayer clothing brought online and the ability to wear clothes of the opposite gender

-uhh... something something I gotta stop writing this list and get back to work

 

Sadly most of these changes I'm pretty sure will never happen.

I can upgrade the armour on that one Cuban 800, just for use in CEO crate selling missions.

 

 

 

Why can't I make my Pegasus Cuban 800 like this? The one I can use whenever I want? Better yet, I want to make my Savage like that. Oh that would be beautiful.

 

Instead it's just limited to to being used for these few missions though, which kind of stinks. They didn't come cheap either.
