I want to make it so when the player is on the bike, and the person who is following him, would jump on the back of the bike, kinda like this:

It is possible attaching passenger to bike and playing driving boat anim on passenger xd

So would I need to make a new Anim, I'm guessing. I wonder if this could be done normally, like transfer motorbike passenger system, put it on the bikes, and just change the animation?

Your idea is good & possible but it have limitations, for example if you want add this capability to game, you need edit all bikes and replace a original anim.

If you add this capability using cleo and my idea, it will works without dff editing and with all bikes but this way I think than your friend can't shoot and would be some unrealistic on bike jumps.

If you want I can write my idea in a bit code.
