Trump is now saying that it's a hoax that Russians purchased ads on Facebook. If he's saying that, then he probably knows exactly where those ads came from and how they were created to target US citizens. Someone had to provide all that data to the Russians. Remember that server that communicated with Alpha Bank? That might be why it was set up.

Although, there is a lesser focus on prevention in the US than in Europe

What specific level of prevention are you referring to here?

I would think making sure everyone has access to treatment in the first place would go a long way as far as prevention is concerned.

So John McCain has already said he will vote NO on the new ACA repeal and replace being put forth by Sen Graham & Cassidy.

I am a Democrat but i really do like McCain he doesn't toe the party line and vote whatever his party wants and actually sticking up for his Constituents.

I have read some articles that tongue kiss the Republics every chance they are are trashing McCain and calling him an Anti-Hero for his failure to toe the party line.

I'm lucky enough that i have Federal Health Insurance (Medicaid/Medicare & Humana) but my kids still fall under the ACA for health insurance and my youngest has pre-existing heart condition so the repeal of ACA could cause major problems for her health

McCain is at the end of his career. Hell, he's at the end of his life. He no longer feels obligated to his donors. That's the only reason for his political "heroism".

McCain needs to get the hell out. This isn't some moral epiphany he's having, it's a simple betrayal. I understand he's upset. He lost to a man with almost no political experience in 2008 and now another man with even less experience is having his term in the White House. He's a political veteran failing to amateurs and he can't handle it. He and HRC should fade away, living out the rest of their days in silence.

Either that or Trump should utterly destroy him.

Do you even follow politics or are you just talking out of your ass again? How is Trump supposed to destroy McCain? McCain won't be running for Senate again anyway. There's nothing that Trump can do to him. And even if McCain wanted to continue his political career, Trump still couldn't do jack sh*t to him. He can't get anything done other than to shoot himself in the foot every time he opens his mouth.

He can destroy McCain's legacy and public image. This is known as character assination. If McCain wants to resist fine, he can be remembered as the senile, brain damaged washed up f*ck that he is.

How you'll be remembered is much more important than your career when your time is up.

How is someone as morally bankrupt as Trump supposed to assassinate anyone's character? Not to mention that 24% of Americans support the latest healthcare bill. And who knows how many of those are misinformed and how many are just plain old retarded.

I suspect John McCain will be remembered far more fondly than Don Groper will be....

You're talking about character assassination of John McCain, then try to add some extra 'little tidbits' as your own contribution. Well, let's look at your choices :

Senile : A reference to memory loss and Alzheimer's Disease, which McCain doesn't have, nor has he shown any hints of those traits.

Brain Damaged : Again, he has no hints of any form of brain damage. The cancer he is suffering has no links to brain damage, in the same way it has no reference to memory loss. Primary Glioblastoma does have effects that could look like a form of brain damage in the later stages, including appearances of stroke like symptoms and loss of consciousness, but by those stages he would be staying at home, not standing up to Don Groper. Causes of this form of cancer are various and difficult to pin down, but some previous form of radiation therapy 'could' be a key factor, as could genetics, brain damage isn't on the list of causes

Washed-Up f*ck : He's still doing his job, just as he was voted in to do, nor has he stopped with this cancer diagnosis, if anything it's stiffened his resolve to get the Affordable Care Act managed, reformed quickly, and done right, rather than a 'rushed Don Groper stitch up' screwing over those that really need the benefits covered in the act. He ain't washed up at all, in fact the guy hasn't seemed to be this alive in years!

I love your choice of 'character assassination words' Chiari, but they should be aimed at the White House, or aimed whenever you see yourself in a mirror, as you got it completely wrong in a true Don Groper way!

I wish twitter would just ban Trump for trying to incite nuclear war. Wouldnt they ban someone for trying to bait someone into shooting someone else? Isnt this the same, except a million times worse?

Twitter has banned individual users and verified celebrities for racism, harassment, and bullying.

something tells me they don't have the balls to ban the sitting POTUS.

in other news that everyone could see coming a mile away, another repeal attempt has failed.

These imbeciles had 8 years to come up with a replacement and the best they could do is try to get tens of millions of their own citizens off the health care in order to give more tax cuts to the rich. The incompetence and pure evil of it is breathtaking.

Hey Trumpets, how do you comment on this: https://www.nytimes.com/2017/09/25/us/politics/private-email-trump-kushner-bannon.html?action=Click&contentCollection=BreakingNews&contentID=65874496&pgtype=Homepage&_r=0

Hey Trumpets,

lol

"While the private email accounts spurred accusations of hypocrisy from Democrats, there are differences. Mrs. Clinton stored classified information on a private server.."

But anyway, Trumps UN speech is among the most incompetent things he has done. His rhetoric towards Iran and North-Korea is a threat to the future existence of the human species. His rhetoric is making aggressive action almost inevitable, and it is truly dangerous.

"Both sides seem to have maneuvered themselves psychologically into the belief that war is inevitable unless the other side capitulates to its desired end state. For the DPRK this means that safety can only be achieved if it can target US cities. For the US it means war is inevitable if the DPRK achieves that goal."

http://www.38north.org/2017/09/jdethomas092517/

His rhetoric towards American football players is also unbelievably dumb. He seems to still think his speeches and public statements should be based on whatever succeeds in firing up a crowd of numbnut idiots. I'm wondering how much longer this travesty of a presidency can continue until it becomes completely unworkable.

I like how his comments towards the NFL players just made more of them kneel. And then you have Stephen Curry declining his invite to the White House, and Lebron James calling him a bum. It must eat at his ego to have all these athletes and other high profile people openly defy and belittle him. The fact that he still feels the need to campaign speaks volumes of what an insecure little man he his, of course he felt the need to get the approval of a bunch of hypocritical snowflakes upset about athletes not standing for a stupid song lol. That's not even getting into his immature dick waving contest with that other cretin, Kim Jong-un.

Exactly! I mean he gets sh*t on 24/7 but when the sh*t hits the fan he goes out there "campaigning" for the job he already has. Happened multiple times before. Then he's surrounded by idiots who agree with him on everything. Then he feels better (at least for a few days or so before his stupidity gets him into trouble again). He's an extremely insecure man! Not that Hillary was a great alternative but I still can't believe that he became POTUS.

While Donald Trump is a arrogrant loud mouth bigot i don't agree with what he's been saying but i also don't agree with the way the NFL players are going about what they're doing

All these NFL players kneeling during the national anthem or not coming out for it at all many of them don't realize the Flag & National Anthem have nothing to do with the Police or whatever they are protesting the Flag is for our country and the millions of men and women who died fighting to protect that flag.

Several news outlet have asked some players why they are kneeling and what they are protesting and their response? It's the principal of the thing they don't even know why they're kneeling and don't realize they are disrespecting the military not the police, not the "racist" but those who fought and died for them to have the freedom to kneel.

I personally don't watch much football and i find it disrespectful and so do many others all the VFW have stopped playing the game in their clubs, the Sheriff & Local Police have said they will no longer allow Off Duty officers to work security details at the local stadium.

There are other ways to protest whatever the principal of the week is without showing disrespect to the flag and your military.

the only reason Trump is tweeting about the national anthem is to distract from the latest Repeal and Replace failure and the mounting subpoenas coming from Mueller's Russia investigation...

Funny enough 306 people made him POTUS not the Citizens of the United States, Trump received 306 Electroal College votes while Clinton got 232 even though Clinton actually won the popular votes so for them to saw the people chose it bullsh*t if that was true Clinton would be president not Trump every single president has been put in the White House by a few hundred people not by the millions who voted.

In the end it still comes down to the people and no one else. Cause let's be honest. There was no way that the Electoral College would have voted against the president-elect, even if we're talking about a guy like Trump. The Electoral College is huge nonsense anyway but that's another story...

No matter what way they protest it will always be a problem for some people. I don't really care for people who are more upset at football players not standing for the anthem than they are at actual injustices in the country. It's gotten more people talking about it and that's what a protest is supposed to do. The protest was never about Donald Trump in the first place, Colin Kaepernick started kneeling because he doesn't feel the anthem truly represents everyone in the country. That's what the protest was always about, they're not doing this "just because". This whole thing has just exposed how dispensable minorities are to a lot of Americans. If they're not shucking and jiving for their viewing pleasure, then they're useless.

That's just it they did go against the "President-Elect" No it didn't come down to the "people" at all,If we actually went by the Popular Votes Clinton got 65 million votes while Trump got 62 million so Clinton should have been President Elect but because of the outdated process of Electoral College overrules the people vote only 306 people voted for trump vs the 232 who voted for Clinton.

It's a hugely outdated process that is no longer needed in this country, It was set up by our founding fathers to help people have their voice but now it's not needed.

They're hardly going out out of their way by not singing the state's war anthem. People who get up and sing it are going out of their way.

many of them don't realize the Flag & National Anthem have nothing to do with the Police or whatever they are protesting

Americans are just people who live under the American state, so to the extent that the flag represents the people, it is still just a symbol of the American state.

Also sort of ironic you'd harp on about the sacredness of the flag while representing yourself with a blatant desecration of it. It's absurd not to get up and sing the national anthem after American forces gun down a bunch of black people, but if the police have their feewings hurt they can march under a blacked out American flag? If I was an American nationalist I'd probably be concerned that you boys have raised your own flag as if you're declaring war on the rest of the country. Does the normal flag not represent you guys anymore because the mayor of New York said you should try and murder less people? Diddums!

the Sheriff & Local Police have said they will no longer allow Off Duty officers to work security details at the local stadium.

Wow what a petty and contemptible tantrum the police are throwing.

There are other ways to protest whatever the principal of the week is

The principal is the same every week: stop murdering black people, stop stock piling automatic weapons and tanks, stop showing blatant hostility to the rest of society every time you get criticism.

People are very quick to bring up all the unarmed/innocent people being killed by police without even bothering to look for facts

As of Sept 25th 2017 there have been 730 people killed by Police with the majority of those people posing a threat to public safety with only a handful of "innocent/unjustified" shootings while there are OVER 800,000 Sworn Police Officers in the United States so that is less then 0.009% of Police officers killing people.

People are so quick to jump the gun and say cops are killing black people left and right while the stats don't support it there are 323 million Americans with Blacks making up 13% of the population which is around 42 million yet only 730 people have been shot by Police to date and only a certain amount of that number is of Blacks.

So their justification for saying they are protesting the shooting of all the innocent blacks is nothing more then a fad so they act as if they are current when they aren't

Yeah no, don't go trying to refute points no one is making.

The rate at which this things happen is the problem. Compare the per-capita deaths with other countries, and you see a problem. Compare the ratio of black people killed to white people, and you see a problem.

This isn't a small difference, it's a very large difference, and that's a problem. It's one of many symptoms of a problem, which is what's being protested.
