Nico
Transport Fever is a brand new strategy game where you build and mantain transport networks. Is a considerable improvement over the developer's original game, Train Fever, released in 2014. This game offers a wide selection of vehicles from many different kinds; trains, buses, trucks, trams, ships and airplanes from different eras and continents (North America and Europe). Buy and mantain different vehicles; help the citizens to reach their destinations, and improve the economy of the industries and cities by delivering different kinds of loads, from raw material to processed goods. The game has been released on Steam November 8th. It has Steam Workshop support and a lot of new mods are being released for it, from new vehicles to maps, scenery items, campaigns and more. So, another classic concept that gets updated to match today's gaming standards. I remember myself playing the original Chris Sawyer's Locomotion back in 2008, which was pretty much this but with basic 2D graphics and way, way more hard. I bought this as soon as I saw it and after a couple of hours playing the first level of the campaign I think I can say is not a bad game. E•MO•TION and Flachbau 2 Did you see the frightened ones? Did you hear the falling bombs? Did you ever wonder... ...why we had to run for shelter when the promise of a brave new world unfurled beneath a clear blue sky? Nico
After playing 11 hours during the last two days, I must admit that the game is far from being finished. There are a lot of glitches and bugs; it feels unpolished. Thankfully, there are mods that fix some of the other bad aspects of the game, like annoying SFX effects or the ridiculously fast progression of time. However, I feel like this should have been released as Early Access and not a full price game. Did you see the frightened ones? Did you hear the falling bombs?
