Didn't Receive Nagasaki T-Shirt

I completed the Deadline Adversary Mode. Then I purchased the Nagasaki Shotaro. I am able to get all of the Tron outfits, however I have no Nagasaki T-Shirt. Anyone else having this problem?

This is what the Manufacturer Logos section under special tops looks like. I assume that it is supposed to go here. I checked the other sections, and nothing is there.

Here you can see that I have the bike. I stored it at my 6th property, and moved it to my Club House (as I forgot I had 1 space left there).

I should also mention that I didn't get the notification about the t-shirt unlock for purchasing the bike till after I bought it. Could the t-shirt appear in my wardrobe later on and it is just delayed?

I also have this problem. I submitted a ticket to R* but I am disappointed by the support. My friend got it by purchasing the new Shotaro. I did the same thing but nothing unlocked. I find nothing in wardrobe or store.

Supply Street. Also I discovered that all saved outfits were gone. I do not know if this problem is related to this new Nagasaki Tee unlock.

Slot 1. R* support replied and he told me to play the new Deadline mode to unlock the Shortaro and outfits. It does not make sense at all as I already did that and unlocked the Shotaro. I purchased the bike but never unlocked the new tee. I do not know if this problem can be fixed or not.

Well at least they tried. Just follow up about the t-shirt and narrow it down. You must note that the person helping you is most likely in India or the Philippines, and doesn't have a very great understanding of English.

I still stay calm and cool. I just hope that this problem can be fixed. I really don't want to spend extra GTA $ to get this Free tee.

R* support replied and said they fixed the problem for me but it didn't unlock the Tee.

I could not find the Tee (store or wardrobe).

I guess it will need more time.

I opened a request myself.

 

First they tell me that they have no record of me purchasing the bike.

 

After that, they want me to record a video rather than just taking screenshots. It is a pain in the ass to do a video, considering the fact that their thing won't upload videos. I had this issue before, where they wanted a video, but I couldn't upload it. Why the hell can't they just accept screenshots? Who would go through the trouble of using photoshop to falseify an image over an ingame t-shirt?

My ticket is still being processed by R* Support but there has been no further update since last Friday. The problem is still not fixed. I have no idea why you need to provide a video or something. I only provided some screenshots to the support.
