For expert Patch request!

Hi everyone,
I realy appreciate your forum and I have a challenge for you.
somebody could help me with doing an original and ambitious patch? )

I have clear ideas, but I don't know how to realize it... I hope that someone can do it for me.

I woud like:
- name: "Cowboys from hell"
- city: "Los Santos"

- 1% , MC and "ORIGINAL" , all with a Heavy metal character!

 

As regarding the image, i would like a scheleton rider that cames out from the hell flames with a sawed-off gun in the left hand and one metal guitar on his shoulder.

• The tings I like from this patch are the vintage style theme under the writing - http://i.imgur.com/djf0Qky.png. But with a double line around the writing, like in this one: http://i.imgur.com/70TZOnw.png.
• From this one I want the flattened stile of the setting, insteand of the round ones - http://i.imgur.com/2juTqjm.pngif it is possible with some shadows.
