TomSharkey
Hey all, In case you are unaware, there is a mod for PC called Scene Director. This mod allows you to record and playback movement of multiple actors at once and is a major boon to machinimators. If you have seen some of the top quality GTA V machinima, there is a very big chance that Scene Director was used in it. One of the features that makes it powerful is that you can record not just movement, driving and gunfire, but you can also trigger animations from the 90k+ that are used in the game and play them back during recordings. This allows for some really nuanced scenes in films and adds authenticity to the characters, as they can do more than just stand around. The one problem is that the list of 90k+ animations are in a .txt document and it is not easy to filter through and find what you want efficiently. So here's the proposal: Jeseproni, over on the official Scene Director Discord server, has started a GitHub with a list of all the animations and we are in the process of categorizing and sorting them for use in Scene Director. We are planning on breaking up the list into small chunks and labeling all of the animations with descriptive titles on the GitHub page. We are currently looking for volunteers to help us with this project, as 2 people adding 100 entries per day to the list would still take around 2 months to complete. If you are interested in volunteering for the greater good of GTA V's modding and Machinima Community, please head over to the Development channel on the Scene Director Discord: https://discord.gg/5Fmm7JH and drop us a line. Let's bang this thing out and make ours and our favorite content creator's lives that much easier!! -TomSharkey

Like I said I have already started to do a category list (I'm finish to listing all fighting animations right now) , I saw you'r tab on the Discord (I can show you mine if you want) but honestly I prefer to stay on my own because I will do it in French first and make a english translation after, it's more easy for me
TomSharkey
Ok that sounds good. I do not speak French so it's probably best to work independently and translate when we combine the data.
