Hello, does anyone know what mod replaces the stock Liberty City license plates with the Canadian Province of Liberty license plates? i need to know so i can download them for my gta IV RP project.

 

This is the video i found the Province Of Liberty Plates, but i ONLY need the license plates.

 

 

The Plates show up at "11:56"
