It's clearly Luis Lopez from The Ballad of Gay Tony rigged perfectly to Grand Theft Auto V as a new add-on pedestrian. Includes all clothes and the like, same deal as my Niko and Johnny mods. Unfortunately the OIV team is too slow to get these sorts of tools done, but one guy can get an entire toolset working for models in very little time, lol.
