idk why but i installed the mod propertly (without modloader) i just dropped everything into game directory and extracted gta3.img stuff to gta3.img... and my game freeze at the party yaht cutscene, any help?

He's ugly as f*ck in the center and right picture, tbh, I spoiled. GTA protagonists were never look good (budget R* employees, even fans can do better for free), but this, eh.

They were removed this mission because great Tommy Vercetti not going to be a scavenger in Vice City

if anyone wants the enforcer to have its beta colors, just open carcols.dat and find the line

 

enforcer, 46,1

 

change the 46 to a 0 so it looks like this

I also read about mangroves and an early screeshot shows the minimap with a bit of a road that did not match to any of the game, but seems like the "ocean freeway" (dont know the exact name) that connects all the Florida Keys that in the game would have been named "Gator Keys".

So Silenced Colt weapon has been restored and rigged to work in the PC game. For those who don't know. This weapon is left in the PS2 game files unused. It lacks a weapon icon, but the model and texture are complete. No animation set for this. Possibly added late in development and never finished. Since it isn't a cutscene model and is rather a in game model. Replaces the Python for now as it's seem more like a two handed weapon, rather than a 1 handed one. Also gotta fix the alpha around the trigger before it's 100% done.

 

 

 

 

Also yeah I am helping on small bits with Kalvin in a beta mod again. Huge surprise I know.

 

Edit: Fixed the trigger and gave it a bit of alpha so it looks nicer around the trigger now too.
