Nice work and i would love to try this on pc! Whenever i try to open the exe to install it says this is not a valid Win32 application. Is there a manual install or something?

Well, I will say It wrong, because I don't know what It is actually called in english but you will get the point. I was wondering why does the uzi has an red silencer? You can see it in the picture bellow It looks like this, but originally It wasn't suppose to be like that, Is it a bug or something?

It's because toy guns have it. Real life criminals often disguise a weapon like this by painting the muzzle orange.

Well ok, but the gun is borrowed from III, and in III that "disguise" isn't there. Unless, I am missing something here or It is actually a bug or not.

Any idea why the Faggio moped is missing its front wheel? I installed this mod using the installer on a fresh vanilla copy of the Steam game. Everything else seems to work as intended besides this one thing.

I think VCB doesn't modify handling.cfg. Maybe you installed some handling.cfg mod from some site?

I see you're from Germany. I think you need to find a cracked exe to remove the German censorship measures.

I did everything, installed a uncut patch and so on.

i think the mod changes the exe, isnt ? i mean the old version from mod was did the same issue with my game.

Bizarrely, restarting the game seemed to fix the issue. I made zero changes, but now it's showing consistently. Strange...

Just a little update.

 

There's now a version 3.5.6 out! This includes the rest of @Son Of Big Boss's vehicles, which should complete the entire beta vehicles set & fill the streets with lovely colours too.

Mesa Grande has also now been renamed to Desperado and Blista Compact to Blista GPX.

 

This small update also includes a bug-fix for Little Haiti Chopper Checkpoint & few new optionals, including GTA3 replacements of the Zebra Cab, Police Chopper & Patriot.

 

For those that have already installed the modification, you can download a small update package via the Updater.exe in the main folder.

 

Otherwise, for the full modification you can download it here.

When I press "quit game" , the game just freezes and I get an error. I need to force close it with Task Manager in order to get back to Windows. What can I do ? The game itself has no issues tho.

You should be able to find a hidden package at the most northern tip of the beach on a slope, and the other hidden on a concrete patch behind the building the roads to the stadium originally went aside.

It's not a bug, the uzi included is the one left-over from VC's PS2 files!

Looks like an oversight with the HUD toggles, sorry.

You should be able to fix it by opening VCB.ini in the scripts folder & changing "RemoveScrollBar=" from False to True.

Unfortunately I'm not sure if this is something I can fix as I believe it's probably a problem with a third-party script like skyGFX or Widescreen Fix, maybe.

Your best solution is probably to just alt+tab and close the game from the task bar. If anybody has any solutions though, feel free to post.

Uh, yes, this may sometimes happen if you have Widescreen Fix, I'm not sure with skygfx, though.

From my experience - it sometimes crashes, other times it doesn't. It's a matter of luck.
