I hope there is a good release unlike the San Andreas: BETA Edition one. Like some people say, the second one is better than the first one.

I am wondering what you mean by that. You mean in the sense of it just being a one download only release?

Probably just giving some advice and opinions on stuff, maybe the odd image or two if I find any that he hasn't found already. I probably won't be doing any model stuff.

has anyone wondered why the default pistol has 17 rounds instead 7 ( like the glock , the model which is based) Rockstar might have planned to use in the game a glock 17 like in san andreas? with the difference that theres not phisical evidence that an anachronic glock would have been in the game

Apologies for the lack of progress, got busy with playing Dishonored 2 (great game!).

Did somebody say weapons?

 

 

Probably the most boring part of modding for me, they also may seem "off" because weapons change position from idle, running, and firing - never fits the hand in all positions, sadly.

 

PSTSNUB & STEYR(-AUG) are also done, but I'm still tweaking them. Rest of the other weapons are also converted but are not in-game as I don't know how to make them work as they should (like the stun gun, grenade launcher, etc).

 

Also, big thanks to @Xinerki for remaking the BETA HUD colours!

Not sure if you're aware of this, but the first release of the game's weapons are a bit different. Well, not exactly huge changes, but still...

 

Also don't forget to give the Ingram the VCS silencer, and replace one of the shotguns with the III one.

Notice that there is GTA III Cabbie and PCJ 600 HAS LC License Plate Look at this Moment Beta Greenwod and a couple of seconds later Beta esperanto And look here you can hear a beta walking sound and opening car doors sound from III/VC BETA
Also look at this moment ! some very fast shooting shotgun

Those "beta walking" sounds ain't beta, they're from gta3. The "very fast shooting shotgun" is one from GTA3 (for me, at least).

are weapons such as Aug, Nailgun and Grenade launcher new or they replace other weapons? also will the smoke grenade be able to actually kill anyone ?

 

edit: also how can we differentiate from weapons that were actually meant to be in the game of the ones that were just placeholders? for example gta 3 shotgun

 

and gta 3 mini uzi ( to match its icon)

I want to ask... The shadows disappears looking at them from some camera angles as VCLF fixed ones? If not, you should post them into VCLF, come on!

From ''restored'' you mean they are added and not replacing any weapons, right? And also, is Grenade Launcher ''restored'' using MVL or by scripting? If these counts as dumb questions then I am sorry.. I can't help myself. Oh and also, nice work, Kalvin.
