Maybe I should post more updates, I didn't do that much with V2 & as a result, had it been featured in a popularity contest, it would've been at the bottom of the list.

 

So, just to keep you guys posted, here's a few things you'll see in V3:

 

Diaz's Mansion & the vertex lighting of the surrounding ground remade:

Don't expect many updates, V3 is more about the "little details", but do expect there to be plenty more changes nonetheless. :)

When you finished everything, should release addinattional contents of this mod wihtout beta stuff (mercedes phonecalls, unused cutscenes etc.)

@GroveStGTAV There's not much that relies on files outside the script, so you can just drag & drop the SCM from the mod files.

 

@Wolf_Gamer I haven't had any motivation to work on it even slightly in the last two years, so most likely never.

Do not carry yourself above your ability as long as the beta mod to vice city doesnt crash all the time and the mod is good already without these changes

What is the SuperLOD and is it different from the normal LOD

It's the giant LOD that you see when you're on the opposite island, a fair few things remained unchanged on that during development & wasn't edited for final edits, so it's a good reference point.

I dont think there is anything left to recreate from the beta 

1-beta cars are finished

2-the map (finished)

3-peds (finished)

4-HUD(finished)

So there isnt much left to reareate in the mod apart from scripting
