Upgrade normal Kuruma to a Armored kuruma

no... but even if you could upgrade it, it would cost as much as buying the armored kuruma.

Speaking of the Kuruma... there's no point for them to have two separate listing for the Kuruma anymore. All other armoured PVs have one listing and then you choose unarmoured or armoured.

In a sense yes, but the visual difference between normal and Armored Kuruma is more substantial than, say, the normal Baller LE and Baller LE armored.

 

So from that standpoint, I can see why R* gave them separate listings.
