Also not included are characters like Franklin and Michael, as they are not part of the online aspect of the game. However, please feel free to add them as the "Write In" candidate, if you feel strongly about their participation.

From what I know, LS is governor elections, and looking at certain famous action actor who was real life California governor, no need to be born in country. This is only needed for president.

Not sure about criminal past. Then these 2 would be indeed not eligible
