Random gpu load drops on GTX 1080 in GTA V - update 1.36

Hello. I am getting random gpu load drops with clocks drops in GTA V ( updated to 1.36 ).

Here is screen:

I added black arrows during drop to show. Core and memory clocks drops and gpu load drops for a fraction of second and turns back.


My pc:

6700K stock ( good temps )

16gb DDR4

Gigabyte GTX 1080 Xtreme ( good temps )

Corsair 750 RM


I am on newest drivers . Windows 10 Anniversary. System is fresh after format. No background programs running. Only gpuz,fraps and game running.


Windows power plan : balanced Nvidia power plan: Optimal

Question. Is this game update issue ?


In benchmarks dont have this issue.
