How do I switch from MC Pres to CEO?

This is probably a stupid question and the answer is probably right in front of my face but...

 

I've read recently that you can keep your progress of cocaine/meth/whatever going as long as you have supplies.....then you can switch over to CEO, do some work, and come back and your product is ready at the MC business.

 

But how do I switch over to CEO? I don't see an option to register as CEO on my interaction menu or my phone. I flew over to my CEO office and sat at the laptop but it says I have to register as a CEO first.

 

Am I supposed to disband my Motorcycle Club and then I can register as a CEO? But won't that make my supplies/production stop?
