Can using the REDUX mod online get you banned?

I have the Redux shader for GTA V, and want to use it online. I do not have scripthook or any of those files used for modding, just the reshade. Can I still get banned? Thanks

Any mod can get you banned. Cosmetic mods aren't always detected, but if I were you I wouldn't risk it.
