Problem with flickering reflections/shadows/textures with an ENB and A

Been searching about this for hours, just want to sit down and enjoy the game again haha. Im pretty sure its Reflections from an ENB specifically, not really A enb, just any enb in general. From the hours i have spent searching, i found out for ATI cards ( ) set reflectiondepthbias to 50 in enbseries and the flickering does stop. However cars and people then become transparent.

 

Has any body heard of anything like this before?

What ENB do you use ? I use ATI card and I've never been experienced that before .
